SO WE HAVE SOME VERY BIG PIECES OF NEWS FOR YOU ALL AND WE ARE VERY EXCITED…..2021 is our 15th YEAR CELEBRATION since Bodyrockerz was established in 2006. Bodyrockerz is expanding to offer a new array of classes at a new and SECOND venue; BODYROCKERZ SLAITHWAITE from May!!
As well as our Bodyrockerz Milnsbridge classes, we are proud to be operating in a village classed as one of the top 10 places to live in England! We will be operating on a wooden, sprung ballroom floor above the Conservative Club on the main road into Slaithwaite. We will be offering classes such as Commercial classes, Jazz-Street Fusion classes, Bodyrockerz Adult Fitness classes, Heals classes, Adult Hip-Hop-Hitt Classes, Preschool Classes, Bodyrockerz Stars, Bodyrockerz Gems and Bodyrockerz Diamonds. We are in the process of ordering mirrors, boom boxes and sorting signage etc. WATCH THIS SPACE!
New Class Timetables
We are excited to share our new Class Timetable for both the Milnsbridge venue and the Slaithwaite venue.
Bodyrockerz has been established 15 Years with some staff having taught Dance in Huddersfield for the last 29 Years. With a large experienced teaching team, Bodyrockerz teaches a wide range of modern styles to all ages from preschool to adults from boys to girls; including Street Dance, Freestyle, Acro, Slow and Contemporary Dance, Rock n Roll, Commercial and Dance Fitness and Flexibility.
Be it for fun and fitness or for our Annual Show, Examinations or Competition, Bodyrockerz has something for everybody and we are proud of the lifelong friendships forged here!

We are introducing a fresh new teacher to the Bodyrockerz Teaching Team called Paris Johnson!
Paris will initially teach Jazz-Street Fusion and Hip-Hop Hitt alongside Sophie Brook at Bodyrockerz Slaithwaite! Here’s her bio:
After developing a love for dance at a young age, Paris gained an A in her GCSE Dance qualification, she then went on to achieve a Level 3 BTEC Dance qualification with a Triple Distinction Star. After college, she moved abroad to study at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona where she took a 1 year intensive Dance and Performing Arts Course. In 2014 she gained a place at one of London’s top Musical Theatre Schools, The Urdang Academy(2014-2017). Throughout her time there she gained extensive knowledge about the world of Performing Arts, the demanding audition process and what it takes to become successful within the industry.
Graduating Urdang with a 2:1 BA Hons Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre, Paris left the UK to perform in Bodyguard Das Musical. After living and performing in Germany she then secured a 12 month contract to perform in the UK and European Tour of Thriller Live.
Her portfolio of auditions include The Lion King, Motown, FAME and Hamilton. Her Audition experience has helped form her resilient and charismatic outlook for the Arts.
She now works full time supporting and teaching dance in a Secondary school and is looking forward to expanding with the Bodyrockerz team!

The Bodyrockerz Family welcomes all newcomers or experienced dancers of all abilities and ages. Classes at Bodyrockerz are organised into 4 different ages and many genres of dance and give pupils the option of coming solely for fun and fitness or working towards Examinations or performing routines on the Lawrence Batley Theatre stage with their friends.
We pride ourselves on being inclusive and catering for the needs of the child and how far they’d like to take their dancing at Bodyrockerz. As well as attending classes and being part of a larger cohort, many pupils also choose to be part of a duo, quad or team or take solo lessons privately.
Many of these pupils also compete at a Regional or National level. Bodyrockerz is proud that many of its pupils over the years have reached National Acclaim in a range of genres in solo, duos, quads and formation teams.
