Acro/Gym Class

With use of the trampoline, crash mat, sponge mats and spring board we aim to improve your ability to perform acro and tricks eg walkovers, aerials, head springs and many more. The pupils love using the apparatus to learn new skills. All abilities welcome;  we will work from beginners to advance, ensuring all abilities are improving.
