Strength & Flexibility
Split into two halves, the first 30 mins covers building strength to enable you to perform more challenging choreography e.g. building strength in ankles and legs for higher box split jump. We also focus on increasing flexibility using stretches and equipment like leg weights/elastic stretchers/ropes etc so the move can be more impressive e.g. a wider box position / straight legs / increasing legs into a high v shape so box jump goes past box position. The second 30 minutes allows individual time so the dancers can chose a move they wish to improve themselves with the advise and attention of the teachers.
